It is estimated that the precipitation in spring (March to May) in 2019 is 105 mm / 115mm, about 10% more than that in the same period of the normal year (102.4 mm), and the seasonal average temperature is 10.5 ℃ / 11.5 ℃, 1 / 2 ℃ higher than that of the same period of the normal year. 

It is estimated that the date of the first permeable rain in most parts of the province is 1 to 5 days earlier than that of the normal year (April 23). 

The stable passage of temperature of 5 ℃ in most parts of the province is 5 to 10 days earlier than that of the normal year (April 1). The stable passage of temperature of 8 ℃ in most parts of the province is 5 to 10 days earlier than that of the normal year (April 11). 

The date of final frost in most parts of the province is 5 to 10 days earlier than that of the normal year (April 25).

General situation of Spring Climate in Liaoning Province in previous years

The annual average precipitation in Liaoning Province from March to May is 102.4 mm, and the highest precipitation in three years is 2010 (179.7 mm), 2005 (176.4 mm) and 2016 (168.3 mm). The three years with the lowest precipitation were 2001 (46.3 mm), 2017 (47.2 mm) and 1965 (55.2 mm). 

The average temperature from March to May in Liaoning Province is 9.5 ℃, and the highest temperature in three years is 2002 (11.5 ℃), 2014 (11.2 ℃) and 1998 (11.2 ℃). The lowest temperature in the three years was 2010 (7.3 ℃), 1969 (7.3 ℃) and 1971 (7.6 ℃).

Prediction of Climate trend from March to May 2019

1.The precipitation in most parts of the province is about 10% more than that in most areas of the province.

The northern part of Shenyang, Fuxin, most of Tieling and Chaoyang are 60 to 80 mm. 

The part of Benxi and most of Dandong are more than 150mm. 

The areas of southern Shenyang, Dalian, western Anshan, Jinzhou, Yingkou, Tieling, Panjin and Huludao are 90 to 120 mm. 

Other areas are 120 to 150 mm. 

Compared with the usual years, the northern Shenyang, Fuxin and Tieling areas are less than 20%, and most of the other areas are about 10% more.

 

 

2.The temperature in the whole province is 1 ℃ and 2 ℃ higher.

It is estimated that from March to May 2019, the average temperature in the whole province is 10.5 ℃ and 11.5 ℃, which is 1 ℃ and 2 ℃ higher than that in the same period of the normal year. 

Among them, Shenyang, Fuxin and Tieling areas are higher than 2 ℃, and other areas are higher than 1 ℃ and 2 ℃.

 

 

3.Date of occurrence of permeable rain in spring sowing date

It is estimated that the first permeable rain (the first precipitation greater than or equal to 10 mm) in most areas of the province is expected to occur 1 to 5 days earlier than the normal year (April 23) during the spring sowing period in 2019 (April 23). 

The details are as follows: 

Shenyang, Dalian, Anshan, Fushun, Benxi, Dandong, Yingkou, Liaoyang, Tieling and Panjin areas appeared in mid-April. 

Jinzhou, Fuxin, Chaoyang and Huludao areas appeared in late April.

4.Spring sowing time limit temperature

It is expected that the temperature will steadily pass the 5 ℃ date (to judge the temperature index that rice can raise seedlings): 

Shenyang, Dalian, Anshan, Dandong, Jinzhou, Yingkou, Fuxin, Liaoyang, Chaoyang, Panjin and Huludao appeared in late March, while Fushun, Benxi and Tieling appeared in early April. 

It is expected that the temperature will be stable through the date of 8 ℃ (to judge the temperature index that corn can sow): 

Dalian, Yingkou, Chaoyang, Panjin and Huludao appeared in early April, Shenyang, Anshan, Jinzhou, Fuxin and Liaoyang appeared in the first ten days, and Benxi, Dandong and Tieling areas appeared in early April. Fushun area appeared in mid-April.

5.Final frost date

It is estimated that the end frost date in most parts of the province in 2019 (the daily minimum surface temperature is less than or equal to the end date of 0 ℃) is 5 to 10 days earlier than that of the normal year (April 25). Among them, Dalian area appeared in early April, Anshan, Yingkou, Panjin and Huludao areas appeared in mid-April, and other areas appeared in late April.

In spring, the precipitation in the northern part of Liaoning Province is less, coupled with the lack of precipitation in the early period, the drought may continue.
